    Reservations Executive

    The role as the Reservations Executive is to provide and overseeing the Reservations team in the resort. To be successful for the position, you must have the following skills & experiences:
    • 2-3 years in a similar role within a 5 star luxury hotel/resort group
    • Inventory management experience at least of 100 rooms
    • Conversant with Opera PMS system
    • Excellent command of English language

      Key Responsibilities:
    • Record and process all reservations, amendments and cancellations made by  phone/fax/email & websites in line with company standards and within 24 hour period
    • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
    • Check all reservations for the next day's arrival to ensure all details are correct and that all special requests are being fulfilled
    • Ensure all VIP guests are brought to the attention of Front office
    • Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc based on availability and pricing strategies
    • Maintain knowledge of special rates / offers / promotions for the resort
