- Chef de Partie – Japanese Restaurant
Required Qualification & Experience:
A qualification from a catering institute, with at least 3 years
experience in Japanese cuisine and in preparation of Sushi; previous work
experience in the Maldives and in a 5 star resort environment is an added
advantage.
- Chef de Partie Baker
Required Qualification & Experience:
A qualification from a catering institute, with at least 2 years
experience in the Bakery; previous work experience in the Maldives and in a 5
star resort environment is an added advantage.
- Chinese Speaking Hostess
Required Qualification & Experience:
Previous work experience in guest services is required. Working in remote locations and in a resort
environment is an added advantage.
