We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator (MUST speak Chinese AND English!) for our Dive and Watersports centre on a luxury resort approx. 30 minutes from Male.

Reporting to the Dive & Watersports Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Accurately conveying information to guests of the dive and watersports facilities and services
  • Arranging and attending guest activities and excursions
  • Fulfilling the guest special requests
  • Attending and solving any guest issues or complaints
  • Actively seeking out guest feedback and anticipating guest needs
  • Assisting Base Manager with planning and scheduling excursions and boat movements
  • Manning the Dive and Watersports centre
  • Providing sales assistance for dive and watersports equipment

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous experience in similar position within a resort, or other customer service based position
  • High level of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) 
  • Hotel school graduates and / or experience in a similar position
  • Outgoing personality who fosters customer relation
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in working in a multicultural team
