We are looking for the following candidates to join our team:
Head Pastry Chef
• Assists the
Executive Chef to provide an efficient cost effective food service to the
guests and the staff of the Resort.
• Minimum 8 years of
experience at top food production level
• Diploma in Culinary
Arts or equivalent
• Good knowledge of
food products, cost controlling and kitchen equipment.
• Minimum 30 years old
• Fluent in English
Chief Steward
• Minimum 2 years of experience
in the same position
• Candidate with
diploma in hospitality studies an advantage
• Minimum 30 years old
• Fluent in English
Commis 3
• Minimum 2 years of
experience in the same position
• Candidate with high
school diploma/ hospitality studies an advantage
• Previous knowledge
of kitchen procedures
• Fluent in English
Mechanic
• Minimum 2 years of
experience in the same position
• Candidate with high
school diploma or any related studies
• Can speak and read
English
