Front Office Supervisor – Local Only
  • Extensive resort front office experience at a supervisory level

  • Diploma or higher level qualification from a Hotel School preferred
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Another European language is desirable.
  • Approx 4 yrs as an Outlet Manager or at least 2 yrs as Assist. F&B Manager in a similar size property.
  • Demonstrated service excellence together with strong teamwork and relationship building.
  • Business focus with the ability to operate the department as a profitable business unit.
  • Micros, Fidelio, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Senior Storekeeper – Local Only
  • Good communication skills both oral and written. Fluent in English
  • Professional  telephone manner
  • Computer literacy including Materials Control system together with Excel and Windows.
  • Proven experience in supervising staff and managing work flow
  • Strong demonstrated financial skills 
  • Must have previous experience in a similar role in hotels

Kitchen Coordinator – Local Only
  • This position would suit someone with a strong administration background with a basic knowledge of basic food and beverage ingredients
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English are a must
  • Financial skills and knowledge are important
  • Computer skills are essential. Excel, word, outlook
  • Knowledge in F&B Cost Controls will be added an advantage.

Assistant Captain – Luxury Yacht

Job Summary:

The captain is the person in- charge of operating the vessel and the crew. The person should be a ‘hands-on’ person and must also be able to carry out administrative work tasks. The person should thoroughly understand the service and all operations on board the vessel and should also be ready to entertain guests where necessary.

You will be based in Maldives but will work on board one of Sultans of the Seas luxury yachts (the Sultans way).

Salary & Remunerations:
Mrf. 8,000 - 11,000 (negotiable)

Annual Bonus, Medical Care, Leave Allowance, Ramazan Allowance, Career Development Opportunities, Food & Accommodation are arranged on board the vessel, Salary Increment will be provided according to company policies.

Skills & Competencies:
Relevant licenses required to captain a motor yacht of over 100ft.
