Front Office Supervisor – Local Only
- Extensive resort front office experience at a supervisory level
- In depth knowledge of Fidelio and other front office systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
- Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
- Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
- Guest focused. Friendly, co-operative and responsive attitude. Team player.
- Fluent in English
Reservations & Revenue Manager
- Ideally you will be experienced in Small Leading Hotels style properties and similar locations. 5* background with a solid career path is essential
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Innovative, resourceful, adaptable and Flexible
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
- Strong training, coaching & counseling skills
- High standard of administration skills
- Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
- Demonstrated strong Revenue background in Reservations.
Assistant F&B Operations Manager
- Diploma or higher level qualification from a Hotel School preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Another European language is desirable.
- Approx 4 yrs as an Outlet Manager or at least 2 yrs as Assist. F&B Manager in a similar size property.
- Demonstrated service excellence together with strong teamwork and relationship building.
- Business focus with the ability to operate the department as a profitable business unit.
- Micros, Fidelio, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Senior Storekeeper – Local Only
- Good communication skills both oral and written. Fluent in English
- Professional telephone manner
- Computer literacy including Materials Control system together with Excel and Windows.
- Proven experience in supervising staff and managing work flow
- Strong demonstrated financial skills
- Must have previous experience in a similar role in hotels
Kitchen Coordinator – Local Only
- This position would suit someone with a strong administration background with a basic knowledge of basic food and beverage ingredients
- Good communication skills and fluent in English are a must
- Financial skills and knowledge are important
- Computer skills are essential. Excel, word, outlook
- Knowledge in F&B Cost Controls will be added an advantage.
