Coordination and execution of training activities to include:
• Developing Training Modules and Strategies
• Soft-skills, Behavioral, Sales Training
• Preparation of Training Calendar
• Post Training feedbacks
• Implement training process
• Impart & Modular training
• Handle entire organizational structure in training
• Developing training materials and write-ups
• Conduct workshops & classes
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on the job training for new employees
• Set up individual training to strengthen existing skills of employees.
