Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales manager;
- Attend to clients’ travel enquiries and requests via phone and email professionally;
- Understand clients’ travel requirements and propose appropriate itineraries at competitive prices;
- To maintain and update clients’ profile in the system;
- To build and sustain excellent working relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and support;
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: G.C.E. O level
- Fluency in Oral & Written English
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Work experience in travel industry will be an added advantage.
