Must be hardworking and energetic &
willing to work under pressure with excellent coordination and Customer Service
skills with an Eye for Details
- Experience: 2 - 3 yrs relevant experience as PA/Secretary or Coordinator.
- Able to write and speak in excellent English.
- Academic Background: Studied up to grade 10 O/L standards or more.
- Computer Skills: Micros office 2007 with a familiarization with Opera, Material Control & Google mailing etc.
- Knowledge on Hotel Operation especially, Front Office Operation
- Excellent Documentation and administrative skills
- Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
