We are currently recruiting our Restaurant and Bar Hostess
reporting to the Executive Head Butler, you will be responsible for:
.
- Being a hostess for entire Club Outlets (Private Restaurant, Japanese Restaurant & Bar )
- Taking reservations for Club Outlets & to respond to queries with regards Club Outlets
- Assisting in the daily operation of the Club Outlets
- Assisting Club Concierge in their daily task
- Performing check in & check out in certain occasions
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Should have at least 02 years experience in a five star hotel
- F&B/Guest Relations experience is a must
- Computer Literate (must be acquitted to Micros/Fidelio & PMS system)
- Must speak a very fluent English (a second European or Asian language would be an advantage)
- Well presentable
- Should have completed Higher School Certificate or equivalent (Hotel School Certificate)
- Must have remote location experience
- Ability to stand for a long period
