We are currently recruiting a Receptionist
reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
.
- Welcoming and receiving guests to the hotel
- Handling guest requests ensuring efficient and prompt service
- Answering all incoming both internal and external phone calls professionally
- Processing and passing all the important information and messages to the appropriate departments including guest requests
- Effectively managing the guest check-outs.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience as a receptionist
- Computer literate (must be knowledgeable in Micros/Opera)
- Should be able to professionally communicate in English
- Additional language would be an added advantage
