Yoga Key Skills
Training and experience in yoga practice: must be able to instruct people on the various positions involved in yoga, teach controlled breathing and meditation to increase physical fitness
Must have a high standard of physical fitness
Must have the skills to supervise a small gym
Must have patience and a caring approach and an interest in people
Must have the ability to motivate individuals and groups
Must have the awareness of the risks which exercising can involve
Good spoken communications and interpersonal skills are a must
Massage and Body Treatments Key Skills
As a massage therapist must administer professional massage and body treatments to our guests.
Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, posses a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings.
Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
