Executive Sous Chef
We are looking for the very best Executive Sous Chef. A true professional who understands what quality is and can achieve the high standards set by Anantara.
You must currently be an Executive Sous Chef with a minimum of two years experience; this position will lead onto greater opportunities within the company.
• You must presently be working for a well known 5 star international hospitality company
• You must be a culinary graduate from a well known and recognized culinary or hospitality institute.
• You must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Experience in island resorts would be an advantage
• Working with a multi cultural workforce would also be an advantage
• You must be a hands on operator who has a financial astuteness
• Developing others should come naturally; we have a great team who look to you for inspiration and guidance.
