• Handle inquiries by providing appropriate information 
• Assist in locating guests and employees when requested
• Ensure that guest’s expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient,    friendly and attentive service
• Update telephone guides in the resort computer system
• Handle the resort wake up and voice mail systems

• Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate.
