Qualification Summary

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within five star luxury hotels and resort in the capacity of a Senior Sous Chef.
• Good knowledge of Food products, market exploitation, food cost controlling knowledge and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
• Diploma in Culinary art or equivalent
