Senior Sous Chef
Qualification Summary
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within five star luxury hotels and resort in the capacity of a Senior Sous Chef.
- Good knowledge of Food products, market exploitation, food cost controlling knowledge and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
- Diploma in Culinary art or equivalent
