F&B PRODUCTION/KITCHEN

Sous Chef

• Western European background, knowledge of global cuisine.
• Must be able to work in all areas of the Kitchen depending on the daily requirements of the Executive Sous Chef / Executive Chef
• Should maintain good hygiene and should possess good knowledge of Health and Safety issues whilst working in the Kitchen
• Must be able to maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and presentation
• Should possess good knowledge of current food trends with reference to presentation and style
• Must be able to Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation
• Ability to work as a Team Player
• Flexibility in working long hours
• 4-5 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

Commis III

• Indian curry and Tandoor experience
• Should maintain good hygiene and should possess good knowledge of Health and Safety issues whilst working in the Kitchen
• Should possess good knowledge of current food trends with reference to presentation and style
• Ability to work as a Team Player
• Flexibility in working long hours
• 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
