An opportunity exists for a Learning & Development Executive to join our team of experienced professionals. If you are willing to take up the challenge, and can fulfill the following requirements then we would love to hear from you:

A minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a five star international hospitality operation.
Ability to design and conduct training programs.
A hospitality graduate from a well recognized hospitality institute.
Experience in the Maldives would be an advantage but not essential.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with excellent presentation skills.
Self driven and motivator able to work with minimum supervision.
An exceptionally well organized and dynamic person.
Pleasant personality, is loyal and honest.
A people oriented person with a natural flare for creativity.
