Restaurant Manager

Job Scope:
  • Manage all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events.  Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.   
  • Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 
Experience:
4 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualification:
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
  • Good writing skills
  •  Leadership Skills
Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Scope:
  • Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 
Experience:
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Supervisory experience preferred.

Qualification:
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Waiter

Job Scope:
  • Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards.
  • Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 
Experience:
Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.

Qualification:
High School.

Head Chef – Staff Cafe’

Job Scope:
Manage the Crew Canteen maintaining low cost of operation whilst ensuring high standards of service

Experience:
2 years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification:
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

Required Skills:
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Chinese Guest Services Officer

Job Scope:
Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries

Experience:
1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification:
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Required Skills:
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

Russian Guest Services Officer

Responsible for attending to the control desk telephone, communication within Housekeeping and between Housekeeping and other departments as well as clerical services of the Housekeeping department.

Experience:
At least 2 years experience on the same post

Qualification:
Able to read and write; comfortable in meeting new people; basic computer skills

Required Skills:
Communication skills are utilized to communicate team members, hotel guests and general public.

Duty Manager

Job Scope:
Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.

Experience:
2 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Required Skills:
  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
