Position: Reservation Officer (Male or Female) 

Salary USD 400 plus service charge

JOB SPEC’s

Reservation Agent (Male or Female)

 Young dynamic and highly motivated locals only

 Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position

 Outgoing personality who fosters constant quality in work. Computer literate

 You must speak English and other international languages are considered as an advantage.

 You must communicate with ease on the phone and in writing

 Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment

 Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented

 Handle all enquiries pertaining to bookings, information’s and rates

 Handle guest transport in liaise with MAT and resorts marine department and ensure schedules are made and timings are communicate and changes re-communicated

 Work very closely with resorts Front Desk, Sales Department
