Reservation Agent (Male or Female)
Young dynamic and highly motivated locals only
Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position
Outgoing personality who fosters constant quality in work. Computer literate
You must speak English and other international languages are considered as an advantage.
You must communicate with ease on the phone and in writing
Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
Handle all enquiries pertaining to bookings, information’s and rates
Handle guest transport in liaise with MAT and resorts marine department and ensure schedules are made and timings are communicate and changes re-communicated
Work very closely with resorts Front Desk, Sales Department
