JOB VACANCY

We are looking for young and dynamic MALDIVIANS to fill the following post:
Waiter / Waitress

Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet, seat, take orders from the guests and process them.
Prepare café for service and maintain the work station, work area and back of the house area, in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
Serve food and beverage and perform all related activities at the café.
Prepare all beverage items.
Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene and grooming and apply safe and hygienic work practices at all time.
Maintain excellent working relationship with colleagues and superiors.
Assist in collecting commodities from stores.
Assist taking & maintaining inventories in proper condition.
Ensure that all payments are handled with care so as no discrepancies occur.
Report for duty on time, in the correct uniform and groomed in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Attend all training courses provided by the management.
Maintain a good working relationship with all restaurant and kitchen staff.
Perform all duties as instructed by the superior.

Requirements:
- Should be fluent in written and spoken English and have good communication skills
- Should have good physical presentation
- Be passionate about food & beverage and its service
- Be confident, committed and have a pleasant attitude
