YACHT CAPTAIN

Job Summary / Work Hours / Site

The captain is the person in- charge of operating the vessel and
the crew. the person should be a ‘hands-on’ person and must
also be able to carry out administrative work tasks. the person
should thoroughly understand the service and all operations on
board the vessel and should also be ready to entertain guests
where necessary.
You will be based in Maldives but will work on board one of
Sultans of the Seas luxury yachts (the Sultans way). You will be
required to work 8 hours a day and 6 days a week unless on a
charter or during major maintenance work.

Salary & Benefits:
Mrf. 10,000 - 15,000 (negotiable)
Charter Bonus, Annual Bonus, Medical Care, Leave Allowance,
Ramazan Allowance, Career Development Opportunities, Food
& accommodation are arranged on board the vessel, Salary
Increment will be provided according to company policies.

Skills and Competencies:
Relevant licenses required to captain a motor yacht of over 100ft.
Fluent in both written and spoken English. Computer literacy.
Over 5 years experience as a Captain. Ability to speak a foreign
language will be an added advantage.

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

• College graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Philosophy or Human Resources Management;
• A pre-opening experience in the Resort, a big advantage;
• A hands-on exposure in Human Resources Management in the Maldives;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of the German language, a plus factor;
• Must be familiar with Labour & Employment Laws; having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, a plus;
• An active Human Resources /Administrative Manager for not less than four (4) yrs.;
• With good moral character and ability to handle pressures;
• With knowledge of the modern principles and practices of Management, Capital, Budget and Expense and the like;
• Superb managerial skills and able to deal with multi-national employees;
• With versatile personality and very optimistic.
