For our new Chain on the Gaaf Alif Atoll, South of the Maldives, we are looking for:
Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:- College graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Philosophy or Human Resources Management;
- A pre-opening experience in the Resort, a big advantage;
- A hands-on exposure in Human Resources Management in the Maldives;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of the German language, a plus factor;
- Must be familiar with Labour & Employment Laws; having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws, a plus;
- An active Human Resources /Administrative Manager for not less than four (4) yrs.;
- With good moral character and ability to handle pressures;
- With knowledge of the modern principles and practices of Management, Capital, Budget and Expense and the like;
- Superb managerial skills and able to deal with multi-national employees;
- With versatile personality and very optimistic.
