Front Desk Agent (Male or Female)

Job Task

• Handling guest check in and check out
• Records sales invoices to subsidiary ledger
• Posting of official receipts to ledger for paid account
• Aging of receivables
• Make statement of account to clients who have past due accounts
• Handle and transfer all incoming calls according to the standards and procedures of the resort
• Handle inquiries by providing appropriate information 
• Assist in locating guests and employees when requested
• Ensure that guest’s expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
• Update telephone guides in the resort computer system
• Handle the resort wake up and voice mail systems

JOB SPEC’s

• Young dynamic and highly motivated
• Hotel School Graduates and/ or experience in a similar position
• Outgoing personality who fosters Customer relation. Computer literate.
• You must speak English and other international languages are considered as an advantage.
• Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
• Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and responsible for front desk operation
• Responsible for planning/arranging all guest activities and execution
• Handle MAT and Speedboat operation for guests transfer in liaise with Reservation and Resorts Marine Department.

Qualification
