Position: Reservations Assistant (Female)
We are a well established Tour Operator and Travel Agent continuously improving and expanding our business. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking candidate to join our Reservations team.

Responsibilities:
-Handling Post/Pre-Booking enquiries
-Replying to and composting emails
-Obtaining the best deal for the prospective customer
-Identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities
-Updating reservations database
-Informing client of any changes which may affect then
-Promoting, discounts, special offers
-Issuing vouchers to customers
-Building excellent business relationships with travel agents and tour operators
Skills Required:
-Possess a polite and enthusiastic telephone manner, polite and friendly with the ability to build strong relationships
-Able to work under pressure
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Fresh new candidate (School leavers)
