IT Assistant (Locals Only)
Key Duties • Knowledge in computer hardware • Carrying out day to day IT related activities and maintaining user requests • Attending to network troubleshoot and VLAN’s • Assist in implementing the system security measures and maintaining the security checks • Running regular checks on network and data security • Assist in improving and updating software and systems • Assist in conducting regular system audits • Assist in planning timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position • Working technical knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems • Able to troubleshoot Property Management Software • Good communication skills and fluent in written/spoken English and Dhivehi • Attention to detail, excellent Project Management, strong critical thinker, decision-making skills and Organizing skillsemail: [email protected]
