We are currently looking for the following positions:
Assistant Manager – Engineering
The Assistant Engineering Manager is responsible for maintaining the physical
building structure, hotel grounds, all mechanical, electrical, RO systems, and
related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative
maintenance programs in accordance with local codes and regulations to protect
the assets, guests and employees.
A relevant degree / diploma in an engineering curriculum or a field
related to the area of assignment and two years of professional engineering
experience in a large firm / resort; or an equivalent combination of education
and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the
job as listed above.
Technician - Utilities
Should have minimum two years’ experience as Technician (Utility) /
Electrician or a related field
In a hotel or in a similar large
building/complex with central plant.
Diploma or Certificate in Engineering is highly desirable.
Good communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
Self-motivated and results oriented
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Should be able to work unsupervised & lead a team.
