Culinary

Junior Executive Sous Chef
The position is aimed at a young dynamic individual currently in a Chef De Cuisine role or similar, that has knowledge of daily operations and strong in administrative work, good communication skills and have the basic acumen of kitchen financials, able to run a profitable kitchen. Strong on Health and Safety, SOP’s, costing and supplies, budgets and brand requirements, as the above mentioned points will be a special part of his/ her duties. Applicant should obtain minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

Chinese Specialty Chef
We are looking for a young chef with strong experience in Chinese Food. Mandarin speaking, to join our LUX* Maldives Culinary operation, the role is based on uplifting our Asian food offering in the resort. This position is aimed at a young dynamic individual currently in a Sous Chef role or similar. Applicant should obtain minimum 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort

Teppanyaki Chef
We are looking for a young chef with strong experience in Asian food and more especially Teppanyaki knowledge, to join our LUX* Maldives Culinary operation, the role is based on uplifting our Asian food offering in the resort. This position is aimed at a young dynamic individual currently in a Sous Chef role or similar, that has knowledge of Asian food and Japanese Teppanyaki concepts and a fine hand in molding juniors. Bartender
  • Good experience and knowledge of Food and Beverage 
  • Excellent Training Skills
  • Good Retailing Skills

  • Must be able to multi task effectively and Flexible in working long hours

Housekeeping

Villa Attendant
Ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
A recent experience on the same field at least 01 – 02 years in a 05 star resort

Mini Bar Attendant
Ability to read, to listen to, comprehend and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
A recent experience on the same field at least 01 – 02 years in a 05 star resort
