Reservations Supervisor (Locals Only)
- Candidate with high school diploma/ hospitality studies an advantage
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
- Previous experience needed
- Ability to work for long periods of time
- Outgoing, friendly and cheerful personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to accurately operate the Opera system or any other similar PMS system on computer.
- Ability to use a computer with basic knowledge in use of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English ( additional language would be advantageous)
