Job Opportunity for Food Safety Auditors
We are currently recruiting for Food Safety Auditors to join our team
based in the Maldives. Working closely with our resort clients, the challenging
role of Food Safety Auditor involves the following;
- Conduct food safety audits at different resort locations throughout the Maldives
- Audit all F&B areas including kitchens, bars, spa, housekeeping, storerooms, and receiving areas across the resort.
- Give clear feedback throughout the inspection process and if required attend a post inspection meeting with resort management team.
- Produce clear reports with constructive feedback and findings of the audit.
- Provide the highest level of service and responsiveness and act as a source of expertise and knowledge to clients
Skills and Experience Required
- Friendly, outgoing personality, ability to build strong professional working relationships with our clients.
- A keen interest or background in food safety and hospitality, ideally educated to a degree level. Qualifications in Food Safety Management or Hospitality would be preferable.
- The ability to write clear concise reports delivering key messages
- Organised approach to work and a keen eye for detail
Further training in food safety knowledge and on the job training will
be provided
