Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Admin & HR Division
PURPOSE:
To carry out all duties relates to Human Resources Department under
general supervision of the Human Resources Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems and recreation programs.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Keep in the track of staff performance appraisals and staff probation.
- Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-2 years Experience in similar capacity.
- English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Modern office procedures, methods and computer equipment.
- Computer applications related to the work.
SALARY:
MVR 11,000 to MVR 13,000 plus other company benefits.
Marketing Manager
Commercial Division
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement multi-media marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics to drive sales and conduct necessary efforts to increase the subscribers and the cash flows projections in a competitive marketplace.
- Day to day management of media and creative efforts.
- Timely delivery of all creative assets to meet company’s marketing and sales programs.
- Prepare marketing reports and help to develop marketing strategies.
- Develop and monitor the quality of marketing mediums in accordance with the corporate image and maintain the tools for marketing and customer experience.
- Work with the Head of Marketing & Customer Relations to develop sales and marketing collaterals.
- Support the Manager Residential Sales in the execution of local media plans.
- Develop promotional materials.
- Work with regional offices on designing and implementation of marketing systems.
- Manage day to day activity with PR, Press and other relations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience in a senior post of marketing department.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Maldivian consumer market and practical business processes.
- A good understanding of marketing channels and mediums.
- Ability to multi-task and attend several duties without losing focus on any of them.
- Experience in managing staffs.
- A lower educational qualification with substantial experience is also accepted.
SALARY:
MVR 12,000 to MVR 16,000 plus other company benefits.
Marketing Officer
Commercial Division
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Marketing Officer must be initiative and able to execute the functions assigned independently with minimum supervision.
- Assist or directly execute any of the functions assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Proactively recommend and lead the most appropriate strategies and methodologies to analyze the market and to gain market insight that support.
- Acquire data from internal and external sources to analyze market size and make projections needed for decision making within the marketing department.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of quantifiable strategic/insight into the industry and the company’s performance in the market; including broad market analyses; forecasts and trends.
- Generate data on subscriptions by market segment, viewership of individual channels.
- Manage the production of marketing materials (including leaflets, posters and flyers – this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers).
- Develop and administer marketing database.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Principles of business letter writing and basic report.
- Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
SALARY:
MVR 8,000 plus other company benefits.
