Food & Beverage Captain / Supervisor – (Maldivian Only)
Scope of Position: To ensure polite, efficient and the highest standard
of restaurant service in accordance with the resorts food and beverage
procedures and to the satisfaction of all guests.
Experience: A minimum
of 2 years’ experience within five star luxury hotels and resort. Any
equivalent or combinations of beverage related experience is acceptable.
Qualifications: GCE O/L or
A/L
Special Skills: Full
knowledge of the operations of bar and restaurant procedures.
Languages: Excellent
English communication skills both written and oral. Knowledge and abilities in other languages
would be beneficial.
