Reservations Agent (Based in Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi)
- Good English speaking abilities
- 1 - 2 year of experience preferred
- Technical education in Hospitality is preferred
- Fidelio/Opera experience essential
- Fluent English and additional languages desirable
- At least 1 year experience in Front Office and/or Reservations
- Excellent customer service skills. Fast and accurate. Able to demonstrate excellent diplomatic people & communication skills. Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure.
- Competent with excel & word.
