Qualification Summary
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a five start resort/hotel
- Strong sales ability
- Knowledge of various market segments
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Energetic and proactive
- Strives to own and immediately resolve guests’ issues/concerns prior to their arrival
- Computer literacy (Opera, Word, Excel) essential.
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
