Requirements
- Handle all enquiries regarding bookings, information’s and rates
- Plan, describe, arrange and sell itinerary tour packages by emails and telephone
- Advising and keeping clients up to date with any changes on travel arrangements
- Preparing, collecting and processing payments
- Attend day to day sales inquiries and generate business, find leads and promote.
- Attend guest concerns and complains during their stay
Qualification
Hospitality & Tourism experience in a similar position (experience
of more than 2 years as a Travel Consultant will be good)
Computer literate
Good customer relation skills and communication via telephone, email
Ability to read, listen, comprehend and communicate efficiently in
English both verbally and written.
Multi-lingual speakers ONLY – should speak at least 2 of the languages
(Russian – Arabic – German – Italian - Chinese)
Experience
Candidates with at least 1 year experience will be given priority.

Specialist (Online Advertising Specialist)
Requirements
- The main responsibility of this position is to manage and report on online advertising campaigns with a focus on advocacy and fundraising.
- Other duties include, but are not limited to: analyze and report on advertising campaign data; maintain advertising campaign calendar; manage our search campaigns (Bing, Yahoo, Adwords, Grants); create remarketing audiences; work on identifying and converting new sustaining donors; set up Facebook ad campaigns
- Should have ability to increase the agency’s visibility and meet the monthly target of enquires through the Google Ads
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Online Marketing advertisement, or equivalent highly desired.
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or Google Grants preferred
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and intermediate to advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential
- Other valuable skills include Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
