Bartender
Job description:
Overall responsibility for the bar operations:
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers
- You should have a complete knowledge of the beverage list, cocktail list and any special promotions. Your key responsibility will be to welcome the guests, present the beverage menu, suggest beverage items, prepare drinks and answer guest queries. We need you to be creative
- You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player
Position requirements:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in fine hotel/safari boat operations
- Very good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
- Very good knowledge of international beverage and cocktail list
- Candidates must be highly motivated, positively energetic and self-disciplined
- Fluency in English
- Preferably Sri Lankan
