Reservation Agent
- Excellent communication skills and able to speak fluently in English
- Effective communicator and problem solver
- Excellent Computer knowledge and Administrational Skills
- An outgoing personality with excellent customer care skills
- Must be able to multi task effectively and Flexible in working long hours
- Ability to work as a Team Player and Thrives on the interaction with people
- Knowledge in Opera is a must
- Ability to respond and adapt to various situations and circumstances
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an equivalent level of a 5 star Hotel/Resort
