the airport and takes only 25 minutes by speed boat. The island is surrounded
by a crystal clear lagoon encompassing spectacular tropical marine life.
We are currently recruiting for the following positions.
CHEF DE PARTIES (HOT RANGE)
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la
cart.
Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard
recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
Good command of written and spoken English
HOTEL - BUTCHER
REQUIREMENT
A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of Blockman / Butcher
The candidate should have a strong knife skill and be confident in
their ability to Bone,
Cut, Tie and portion Control.
Cut, Trim, Bone, Tenderize and preserve meats, such as beef, poultry
and fish
Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality
DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE
REQUIREMENT
A minimum of 2 years experience in the capacity of a Demi Chef de
Partie
Good knowledge of Food products in hot & cold kitchen Buffet
Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
Self motivated and results oriented
