the airport and takes only 25 minutes by speed boat. The island is surrounded
by a crystal clear lagoon encompassing spectacular tropical marine life.

BREAKFAST – CHEF
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Breakfast - Chef
- A good attitude to work in a busy kitchen by maintaining a good level of consistency
- Commitment and passion for food and quality produce
- Maintain excellent presentation standards and cost control for all food and outlets
- Flexible availability to work on a rotating roster
CHEF DE PARTIE
PASTRY
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
- Assist running the pastry section of the kitchen
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
- Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
- Plan production to facilitate daily requirements
- Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to F&B revenue
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulation
HOTEL - BUTCHER
REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of Blockman / Butche
- The candidate should have a strong knife skill and be confident in their ability to Bone
- Cut, Tie and portion Control
- Cut, Trim, Bone, Tenderize and preserve meats, such as beef, poultry and fis
- Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality
SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIES OR JUNIOR SOUS – CHEF
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 4 years experience in the capacity of a Senior - Chef de Partie
- Good knowledge of Food products in cold kitchen Buffet & all-la cart.
- Assisting the Sous Chef with developing menus and setting standard recipes which allow the resort to run at an acceptable food cost.
- Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
- Good command of written and spoken English
