CHEF DE PARTIE (CHINESE)
Scope of Position: To add culinary depth to the department by
incorporating Chinese cuisines, working in all areas of the food and beverage
department to enhance the culinary offerings of the resort. Requires good
organizational skills and hygiene standards
Experience: Minimum 2 years
of experience in a similar position
Qualifications: Secondary School
or above
Special Skills: Willingness
to learn new skills and work hard
Languages: Excellent
English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in
other languages is desirable.
