Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is looking for an enthusiastic and creative team player to become a part of the Coco Palm family for the following position:
Learning & Development Manager (Preferably Female)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in facilitating Soft Skill, Behavioral, Attitudinal, On-the-job Training in five star luxury hotels and resorts
- Should be a Self Starter with excellent Content Development and Documentation skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skill
- Must be a Graduate with relevant diploma/ degree in Training/HR
- Good computer knowledge of MS Office
- Pleasing personality with a positive attitude and perseverance
Hostess (Local only)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in five star luxury resorts
- Excellent communication in English
- Preferably an ‘A Level’ qualified
- Knowledge of F&B Service would be an added advantage
- Pleasing personality, positive attitude and always with a Big Smile
