Human Resources Manager
Required Qualification & Experience:
We require a Human Resource Manager to provide generalist HR support to
all management and staff including recruitment & selection, visa
procurement, performance management, ensuring an accurate filing system and all
HR audit and compliance standards are met.
Candidates need to meet the following:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources
- Good managerial skills
- Excellent verbal and written communicative skills
- Minimum of 1 year as HRM or 3 years as AHRM in Maldives
- Fully acquainted with Maldivian Labor Law
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Fusion and Publisher
- Leading the welfare committee and be engaged with the multi-cultural team
- Good knowledge and ability for designing learning & development plans
