Sous Chef (Hot Range)
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within five star luxury hotel and resort in the capacity of a Sous Chef.
- Good knowledge of Food products in hot & cold kitchen Buffet and all-la- cart, market exploitation, food cost controlling knowledge and kitchen equipment knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and administrative skills, menu development, manning and rostering, forecasting and waste management plans.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Work with Executive Sous Chef to develop product and service initiatives, be creative in design and implementation of ongoing food concepts.
Chef de Partie
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience within five star luxury hotels and resort in the capacity of a Chef de Partie
- Good knowledge of Food products in hot & cold kitchen Buffet and all-la-cart.
- Previous experience in a similar role including exceptional communication, organizational and administrative skills, menu development, manning and rostering, forecasting and waste management plans
- Work with Sous Chef to develop product and service initiatives, be creative in design and implementation of ongoing food concept.
Demi Chef de partie
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience within five star luxury hotels and resort in the capacity of a Demi Chef de Partie
- Good knowledge of Food products in hot & cold kitchen Buffet and all-la-cart.
- Enthusiasm and drive for excellence
- Self motivated and results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Commies II
Requirements:
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Enthusiasm and drive for excellence

- Minimum 2 years experience in the Hospitality industry
- Previous experience in 5* environment will be an added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds
Hostess (Food & Beverage)
Requirements:
- A diploma in hospitality from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage Department and at least one year as a Hostess in a 5 star hotel/resort or first class restaurant.
- Considerable knowledge in F&B products.
- Young, energetic, well groomed individual with a positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work and stand for long hours.
- Knowledge on micros and cashiering would be an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Ability to operate computer with basic on MS Word, Excel and Power point.
