Water sports Instructor

Job Summary
You will be responsible in managing and
operating the water sports equipment. Assisting, coaching and entertaining
water sports facilities to the guests while assuring guest satisfaction and
their safety at all times. You are also required to be a sales person,
promoting and selling water sport activities and experience plus always
creating sales opportunities.
Skills and Competencies
- Pleasant personality.
- Expert in all areas of water sport activities in coaching beginners, intermediate & advance level.
- Well qualified with all valid certifications including BDWS & Speed Boat Driving License.
- Fluent communication skill, ability to entertain guests in difficult situations. Previous water sports experience at high end resorts will be an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary; USD 350 to USD 400.00
- Commission & Service Charge, Ramadan Allowance, Paid Annual Leave, Career Development Opportunities and Salary Increment will be provided according to company policy.
- In addition you will enjoy an excellent food & accommodation at the resort, various staff entertainment facilities and daily convenient return transfers to Malé.
