We are looking for creative, innovative, and passionate individuals who are committed to provide exemplary guest service to join our Pre-Opening Team. We would like you to join us in the following vacancy in the Human Resources & Training Department:

Assistant Training Manager (1) 

He/She will identify training requirements, design, organize and conduct training programs in the resort. Create skills & talent development programs across all employee levels so as ensure that all employees gain and develop the skills and job knowledge required to carry out their functions effectively.

 

Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, has an ability to relate to employees on different levels, and with thorough knowledge of hotel operations.

 

He/She must have good presentation skills, with an ability to motivate and encourage people.

 

Degree or Diploma from a recognized institute or university, with a minimum of 3-4 years training experience in a hotel environment. Certificate in Training or Coaching will be an advantage

 

Fluency in written & oral English is a must and knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage.
