- Must be able to work in all areas of the Kitchen depending on the daily requirements of the Head Chef.
- Should maintain good hygiene and should possess good knowledge of Health and Safety issues while working in the Kitchen.
- Must be able to maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and presentation.
- Should possess good knowledge of current International food trends and specific reference to presentation and style.
