Positions now available are:  Chef de Partie and Commis I (Employment and wages are determined upon your qualifications.)

• Must be able to work in all areas of the Kitchen depending on the daily requirements of the Head Chef.
• Should maintain good hygiene and should possess good knowledge of Health and Safety issues while working in the Kitchen.
• Must be able to maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and presentation.
• Should possess good knowledge of current International food trends and specific reference to presentation and style.

MUST BE A RESIDENT OF HULHUMALE - The usual benefits are provided including Service Charge.
