Minimum 2 years experience in the
hospitality Industry.
Should have excellent knowledge in Wine,
cocktail and other beverages
Must have excellent knowledge on variety
of dishes
Good interpersonal skills and fluency in
English
Good administration skills with knowledge
of upselling and cost reports
Ability to maintain consistent standards
in quality through training and supervising
Graduated in Hospitality / Restaurant
Management an advantage
Ability to work under pressure.

to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
