Computer literate (must be knowledgeable in Micros Computer and Opera)

Guest Relation Officer – Italian Speaking (Female Only)
High school graduate
Courteous and friendly.

Training Manager
Professional training skills and knowledge of working practices and
principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial level preferably
international hotels with proven record of achievements in people development
Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal
communication
Strong in driving results and people management and development
Create and maintain a conducive Learning Environment providing
consultation, advice, assistance and support to operations

Housekeeping Supervisor

Accountant

Executive Sous Chef
As the Executive Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the
Executive Chef in managing the department within budget. Anticipate
revenue/cost problems and report discrepancies to leadership.
Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis in
order to adjust labor, supplies, materials and other costs to achieve budget.
Ensure department staff is trained in control procedures as outlined by
Internal Audit, and that these procedures are consistently followed.
Follow controls for food purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation,
etc. Keep waste to a minimum by planning actions and strategies that reduce
spoilage, waste or other factors that cause food costs to rise.
Complete all assigned paperwork accurately and timely.
Read, write and speak and understand English.
Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
Minimum 2 year’s culinary leadership experience preferred
Minimum 5 years cooking experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience

Sous Chef
Responsible for supervision of kitchen brigade within your designated
area
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in planning and implementation of daily
menus
Prepare market lists in line with the resort’s occupancy and budgeted
costs
With at least three years work
experience on the same post
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Complies with company’s Hygiene and sanitation standard
Ability to train and motivate subordinates
Chief Engineer
Broad working knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing
and refrigeration equipment;
Ability to enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures with
assigned staff, prioritize and organize work assignments
Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times.

Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills.

2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
Resident Manager
Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality Industry.
