Restaurant Hostess (Female’s Only)

GCE O’ level standard
Customer service oriented
1yr or more in a 5* resort experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills and outgoing with pleasant personality, excellent inter personal skills, excellent spoken and written English.

Head Cook – Staff Canteen (Local)

Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in a 5* resort
Able to cook for different nationalities and specially should have very good knowledge in Maldivian cuisine and Good communication skills and able to speak & write in English
Good team player

Receptionist

Computer literate (must be knowledgeable in Micros Computer and Opera)
should be able to professionally communicate in English and should have a pleasant personality
Additional language would be an added advantage
Organized with an eye for details
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Guest Relation Officer – Italian Speaking (Female Only)

High school graduate
Courteous and friendly.
Young, outgoing and motivated individual.
Smart in appearance and well groomed
Should be fluent in Italian & English. (A third language would be an advantage)
  
Training Manager

Professional training skills and knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial level preferably international hotels with proven record of achievements in people development
Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication
Strong in driving results and people management and development
Create and maintain a conducive Learning Environment providing consultation, advice, assistance and support to operations
Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate associates
Bachelor Degree preferably in hospitality and/ or in a relevant field
  
Executive Housekeeper

3 - 5 years housekeeping managerial experience in 5*Hotel
Good working knowledge of OPERA
Bachelor's degree/ MBA preferred in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent
Must show high levels of organizational skills and efficiency
Candidate must be proactive, innovative, reliable, can handle pressure, excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Possess strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure
Advanced computer knowledge

      Housekeeping Supervisor

Proficient in English (verbal & written) essential
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Able to convey information and ideas clearly
Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel Housekeeping environment
Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and Guest
Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision

Accountant

Should be highly organized,
Should also be able to maintain effective working relationships,
Respond well to stress, and have good communication and situation management skills.
Strong IT skills for data entry and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required.
Under general supervision, learns to perform professional accounting duties including the examination, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation and verification of financial records; and performs related work as required.
Bachelors Degree or MBA in Accounts
Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field
  
Executive Sous Chef

As the Executive Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the department within budget. Anticipate revenue/cost problems and report discrepancies to leadership.
Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis in order to adjust labor, supplies, materials and other costs to achieve budget.
Ensure department staff is trained in control procedures as outlined by Internal Audit, and that these procedures are consistently followed.
Follow controls for food purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, etc. Keep waste to a minimum by planning actions and strategies that reduce spoilage, waste or other factors that cause food costs to rise.
Complete all assigned paperwork accurately and timely.
Read, write and speak and understand English.
Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
Minimum 2 year’s culinary leadership experience preferred
Minimum 5 years cooking experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience
College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred.

Sous Chef

Responsible for supervision of kitchen brigade within your designated area
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in planning and implementation of daily menus
Prepare market lists in line with the resort’s occupancy and budgeted costs
 With at least three years work experience on the same post
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Complies with company’s Hygiene and sanitation standard
Ability to train and motivate subordinates

Chief Engineer

Broad working knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration equipment;
Ability to enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures with assigned staff, prioritize and organize work assignments
Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times.
Leadership skills.
Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills.
Proactive to address and resolve issues.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
A Team player.
Detail Conscious and accurate in all aspects of administration work.
First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
The ability to deliver results within a pressurized deadline driven environment.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years as Chief Engineer within a luxury hotel
Good physical condition
Advanced computer knowledge
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in English and other languages preferred
Bachelors Degree /MBA in Engineering

Chef De Partie

To be responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all food items
To read and take immediate action on report relating to kitchen from Sous Chef
Good written and spoken English skills
Able to work long hours and under pressure
Supervise other kitchen staff
Organized with an eye for details
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience

Resident Manager

Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality Industry.
2 years Managerial experience.
GCE A’ Level standard
Advanced computer knowledge
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills
